Request for Past DUI Defense Results
Some of the most common questions I receive from potential clients concern whether I have handled their type of DUI case and, if so, what was the outcome.
So rather than provide vague reassurance or unverifiable bravado about my ability to handle a specific type of DUI case, I have published a list of every DUI jury trial I have conducted since 2001 and a list of every DUI case I have closed since 2008 for you to review.
Florida Bar Rules Regarding Past Results
The purpose of the Florida Bar Rules regarding the dissemination of past results is to protect potential clients from obtaining an unjustified expectation about the results a lawyer can achieve. As a result, all information concerning past results must be factually verifiable and not misleading
With that said, all information I have provided can be verified by contacting the Clerk of the Court from the county where the case was handled.
